| Rural roads is one of the most important infrastructure in new rural construction,but at the same time the rural road made great achievements,the rural road traffic accident has occurred be frequently,this paper is According to Gansu province’s current situation,made a total of 5 years from 2011 to 2016,about the Gansu province of rural highway traffic accident statistics and analysis,for the rural road of accident time、accident form、accident models、accident section to summarized the rules,to causes of the accident、traffic violations and analyses the accident severity.and to people、vehicles、roads、environment and traffic safety management of factors with traffic accident’s relationship.Chapter Ⅲ is based on the survey data,and the chapter IV is to analysis of influencing factors,the combination of theoretical analysis and survey data,from macro-management level of proposed countermeasures to improve the management of road traffic safety in rural areas,in the human dimension stress to rural motor vehicle drivers ’ awareness of road safety and improving the township village area residents ’ awareness of traffic safety.Agricultural motor vehicles and agricultural passenger is proposed to strengthen the management of highway transport development,from the pavement in road network planning and design includes security concepts,and strengthening the construction of road infrastructure,and strengthening rural roads nursing,and specification fort the rural road maintenance technology standards,and establishment of rural highway construction supervision mechanism,on the rural road safety traffic safety management for establishing a unified traffic management agencies,and reasonable arrangements for road traffic police,traffic safety data integrated information platform,strengthening supervision and evaluation mechanism and other suggestions. |
