Research On Application Technology For Restoring Material Of Asphalt Pavement

Recently, the built of highway in our country has entered into major repair or mediumperiod, there are more and more asphalt pavement need to rebuild every year. Though theasphalt recycling technology in our country has built up a wide range of research andapplication, but due to the shortcomings of processing technic, production equipment, anddesign concept, the recycled material with excellent performance, originally used for roadsurface,can only be used for pavement base, thus cannot fully reflects its Application value,and cause a waste of resources.This dissertation reference the domestic and foreign existing research on recycling oldasphalt pavement materials, using the asphalt pavement restoring materials as the raw material,in order to use the old asphalt pavement materials for road surface again and achieve the goalof pavement restoring, researching the applied technology of asphalt pavement restoringmaterial.This dissertation introduces the restoring material’s processing technology, and verify thestability of the production; Through extraction experiment, labor the coating material andaggregate of restoring material in basic properties; In the light of the characteristics ofrestoring material, solved the gradation adjustment, the theoretical maximum density, theoptimum proportion and dosage of restoring preparation, designed suitable design of mixproportion method for restoring material，and taking the SMA mixture design for exampleproves the feasibility of the method; From the high temperature stability, low temperaturecrack resistance, water stability three aspects, studied the restoring material used for asphaltmixture’s pavement performance, and analyzed blending proportion and blending structureeffects on pavement performance of restoring material SMA mixture, experiment shows thatthe application of reasonable blending proportion and blending structure, can make therestoring material SMA mixture with excellent pavement performance; Finally studied theapplicability of restoring material for other asphalt mixture.Research results can guide the design and construction of old asphalt pavement materialsused for pavement again, and take an important step on the road of realizing the pavementrestoring technology.
