As one of the main content of deformation observation, the observed data processing and analysis of building settlement observation will directly affect the stability of buildings. Therefore, reasonably managing information, real-time commanding building subsidence situation and accurately evaluating observational data are very important.Following the rapid update of computer technology, the simple spatial data processing has been difficult to meet the needs of scientific research and engineering application, consequently, TGIS, a spatial data management technology that is related to time, arises at the historic moment. This study attempts to use TGIS to deal with the settlement observation data of buildings, in order to dynamic analysis and grasp the space-time characteristics of the building settlement, then monitoring the stability of buildings.Aimed at the actual application of TGIS in the settlement of building information management analysis, firstly, this paper introduces the research status and application of TGIS feasibility and science; then, based on ArcGIS Engine9.3platform, uses C#language to explore and develop a prototype system based on TGIS building subsidence information management; Finally, puts forward the concept of micro amount of building, and applies to the stability evaluation of buildings.This research has obtained the following results:1、Analyze and demonstrate the scientific nature and feasibility of TGIS that used in building subsidence observation data management.2、According to the TGIS technology, using xi’an building subsidence basal observation data, based on ArcGIS Engine9.3platform, using c#language to research and develop the space-time management application prototype system of somewhere building subsidence information. 3、Analyze the traditional indicators defects of the building subsidence stability evaluation, Put forward the new Specification of small volume based on TGIS, and analyze the structure stability and its evaluation from this starting point.
