The Calculation Model And Evaluation System Research On Asphalt Mixture Of Carbon Emissions

Because our country is still lack of systematic research and theoretical support for carbonemissions in asphalt mixture and has not established evaluation system of the asphalt mixtureof carbon emissions. Thus, making it impossible for detailed analysis of quantization ofenergy consumption and carbon emissions in the process of asphalt pavement construction aswell as the ability to feed China’s carbon emission of asphalt mixture cannot assess and grade.Therefore, it has become the present perfect important issue facing the development strategyplan of "green highway" to carry out research on the system of asphalt mixture of carbonemission evaluation system.Through the analysis of the detailed investigation of many high grade highwayconstruction projects in asphalt mixture of carbon emissions of carbon emissions, the mainprocess is determined (the production of asphalt mixture, asphalt mixture transportation,asphalt mixture paving, asphalt mixture compaction) and measurement index of carbon sourceprocedures, establishment of the asphalt mixture of carbon emission calculation model; usingthe established model, through to our country more than10provinces many high gradehighway construction projects in the asphalt mixture of carbon emissions for the targetedsurveys, the key link of carbon emissions--aggregate heating were determined; calculationmodel of aggregate heating process carbon emissions is established using the method ofcombining theory with practice, mainly because of the influence of key factors, and putsforward some measures of reducing carbon emissions and the corresponding theoreticalanalysis of energy saving and emission reduction. According to China’s high grade highwayasphalt mixture carbon emissions census data and the result of independent research and theevaluation index of carbon source process, single evaluation—AMCE index of China’senergy-saving emission reduction in carbon emissions of asphalt mixture were determined;and put forward our country highway asphalt mixture of carbon emission standard andclassification of preliminary classification.Through the low-carbon test road paving, verify the accuracy of key carbon emissioncalculation model of the theoretical analysis results, the effectiveness of approved materialenergy-saving emission reduction measures of asphalt mixture, the quantitative analysis of itssocial and economic benefits of environmental protection.
