T Company Pharmaceutical Cold-chain Logistics Warehousing Center Layout Optimization Research

In recent years,with the increasing demand for medicine,the improvement of cold chain facilities and the introduction of favorable policies,the cold chain logistics of medicine has a brighter development prospect.As an important part of logistics,medicine cold chain storage can effectively integrate upstream and downstream resources,ensure drug activity,and help enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.However,at present,the operation efficiency of most medical cold-chain logistics storage centers is relatively low,and it is difficult to meet the high-speed development needs of modern storage.Therefore,how to improve the operational efficiency of the medical cold chain logistics storage center and reduce the loss of invalidation of drugs during storage has become the common goal of all major pharmaceutical enterprises to strive for,the continuous optimization and improvement of the layout of the Warehouse Center is the key to improve the operational efficiency of the medical cold chain Logistics Warehouse Center.This study takes the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics warehousing center of T Company as the research object,on the basis of referring to the existing research results,combined with the characteristics of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics and the analysis of the development status of No.1 pharmaceutical cold chain logistics warehousing center,it is found that the storage and handling costs are high,the functional area planning is unreasonable,the operation overlap of the functional area is chaotic and the storage plane lacks scientific layout.Based on the analysis on issues related to dig deep and effective for the actual situation of T company warehouse layout,the minimum total transportation cost and function goal of maximizing the comprehensive relations,to not overlap,regional planning and fixed boundary,aspect ratio and boundary distance facilities as constraint conditions,constructed pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics warehousing center layout optimization model;The basic data collected were added and the genetic algorithm was used to solve the model to finally generate the optimal layout scheme suitable for the No.1 pharmaceutical cold chain logistics storage center of T Company.Then,the Witness software was used for simulation modeling to compare and analyze the original layout scheme and the optimized layout scheme from four aspects of shipment quantity,equipment status,labor efficiency of workers and road congestion degree,so as to verify the effectiveness of the optimized layout scheme.Finally,from the macro level facilities improve the management level,optimization,strengthening personnel training three safeguards,route optimization is put forward from a micro level,choose appropriate shelves,adjusting the operation mode,resource integration technology four safeguard measures,so as to effectively promote the operation ability of T company medical cold chain logistics,ensure each work link and efficient utilization of functional areas,improve the operational efficiency of medical cold chain logistics warehousing center.The innovation of this study lies in the innovation of research perspective and model application.The conclusions obtained will provide research ideas with reference significance and reference value for the layout optimization of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics warehousing centers in China.
