With the rapid development of logistics industry in recent years,the importance of cold chain logistics is becoming more and more prominent.Cold chain logistics in the process of transportation to have very high environmental temperature and humidity monitoring requirements,if the improper control of environmental factors in the process of transportation,it is easy to cause rot,transport products,the failure of medical drugs,etc.,caused great damage to property,and cause potential safety hazard to the social public security.Because of this,it is very important to study the information identification,information management,environmental temperature and humidity monitoring and vehicle location tracking in cold chain logistics.This thesis through to the domestic and foreign cold chain system in-depth research and analysis,and combined with the key technology,based on the cold chain logistics car transport of goods information,location information,tracking environmental temperature and humidity monitoring requirements,was proposed based on GPS global positioning system and RFID radio frequency identification technology of cold chain shipment tracking monitoring and control system.Implement logistics trade in goods information,location information and the environment temperature and humidity records and send information,used to collect and record the environmental temperature and humidity in the design of technology,GPS global positioning technology,RFID radio frequency identification technology and GPRS wireless communication technology.This design to achieve the functional requirements of the cold chain logistics vehicle terminal,preliminary confirmed car terminal design goals,and the key technologies are introduced in detail,and put forward the overall architecture and design scheme of hardware design,system adopts the STM32 MCU as the core of control system,this system consists of temperature and humidity data acquisition module,GPS global positioning module,RFID radio frequency identification module,GPRS wireless communication module and LCD LCD module,finally complete vehicle terminal hardware design,on the basis of the development of corresponding software,through the communication interface to complete the information collection,communication between the various modules and the design of the software process,speaking,reading and writing.Finally use STM32 development board through the corresponding hardware and software development tools,come to the right temperature and humidity data acquisition module is validated the correctness of the information data acquisition and display,the GPS global positioning system and GPRS wireless communication module of experimental verification,the data information and successfully by way of short messages mobile terminal test data sent to the customer.
