Since the reform and opening-up policy,China has made a qualitative leap in all fields of politics,economy,culture and science.Correspondingly,the standard of quality of life is gradually increasing.In this way,in order to meet the needs of public housing,a series of high-rise buildings with safety,reliability,comfort,energy-efficient and environmental protection are set up.Therefore,it is of great importance to ensure the safety,reliability,energy-efficient and convenient functionality of the electrical system design of super high level commercial and residential buildings.In this paper,the actual project of two super high-rise commercial and residential buildings is the subject of the research in Changsha Bofu international plaza.According to the tall building design procedures,a reasonable design scheme of electrical system is formulated,which including the specific content of power supply and distribution system,the illuminating system and lightning protection System.In the design of power supply and distribution system,it can overcome the difficulties in the electrical design,such as high building load level,difficulty in collecting data and complicated data.The position,number and capacity of transformer distribution are determined by load analysis,short-circuit calculation and reactive compensation.Moreover,multiple diesel generators and UPS are configured as emergency power sources to prevent the loss of large personal property.According to the difference of room function,the selection of lamp and the color performance of light source in the illuminating system,this project considers the security,convenience and economy of the whole lighting system under the premise of guarantee the quality of lighting and energy-efficient.The design of lightning protection is based on the design specification to determine the lightning protection category of the project,and the corresponding lightning protection calculation and design are carried out to ensure the safety of the lightning protection of the project.In addition,the energy efficiency evaluation method of power distribution transformer and the selection of ballast tube are used to collect,analyze and evaluate the consumption of power and electricity consumption in commercial and residential buildings in real time.The energy consumption of power distribution is reduced by 13.9%~37%,and the electricity cost of single energy-saving inductance ballast is reduced by about 9.767~12.56 yuan per year.Thus,the energy-saving effect is realized and the design case is further improved.Finally,the article puts forward the shortcoming and the prospect of intelligent building electric technology.Also,it is full of imagination and expectation for that intelligent comprehensive realization of the construction electric industry in the future.
