| The inner liner mold is an important equipment of manufacturing refrigerator innerliners.Mold design and manufacturing quality directly affects the product yield, formingquality and production efficiency. Currently, the mold design and manufacturing cycle istoo long and the mold surface quality is difficult to meet standard requirement, whichrestrict rapid replacement of the liner product.Now,the refrigerator manufacturers arefocusing on these problems.In this paper, according to a corporate of inner liner mold design andmanufacturing,rapid and efficient mold design,mold manufacturing process,rapidreproduction of mold slab were studied.Content as follows:(1)Based on UG software, according to the product and vacuum forming moldcharacteristic,the parametric design process was put forward.Rely on UG assembly andwave technology,completed parametric mold design of BCD450inner liner refrigeratedand frozen body,which convenient mold product later modify and improve efficiency ofthe mold design and manufacture.(2)Based on HZ-CAE, according to the mold casting production, completed thepouring process design and optimization; analysis the influence of pouring temperature oncasting quality. Through numerical simulation of casting, the reasonable pouringtemperature was obtained, which reduced the product’s casting defect and improved thequality of product.(3)Based on wood mold to manufacturing the inner liner mold casting has someproblems, such as: the term is too long, the casting machining allowance and moldstructure are unreasonable. So, a new process of rapid mold manufacture through CNCmachining polyurethane model was put forward,which reduced the machiningallowance,made the reproduction mold more accurate and improved the productionefficiency.Based on polyurethane model and V-process,discussed the possibility of castingmold production. |
