In the past50years, the mode of manufacturing industry has changed obviously. In that period, the enterprise dynamic alliance appeared. Such systems as PDM, MIS and so on are introduced to the products designing and machining process in the mould companies. Some greater companies gradually begin to carry out enterprise informationization constructing. But because of the technology environment and the particularity of the mould industry, just the bringing and using way can not solve the basement problem.In this thesis, we analyze the characteristics of the industry of mold manufacturing and its flow. And then we bring forward the technology structure and the operating structure of the mold network manufacturing system aiming at the industry. We construct the system of the expression and transmission of manufacturing resource based on XML. And we need add encryption and figure signification to the XML document before transferring the SOAP because we have insert SOAP information to the XML document. Adopting the data transferring model based on XML can solve the problem of network resource wasting. And in this way we can promise the problem of security in the process of alternation. We study the service encapsulation model based on Web Service, which adopts SOAP as the transferring and encapsulation system. And this system could deal with the interoperability problems existing in the internet distributing computing. Security validating and encryption system will better promise the stability of the alternation system. We also discuss the agent design. In the system of network manufacturing, in order to achieve some kind of great mission, we also need two or more agent to carry on many process of message transferring, which we also call more agents alternation. This system not only owns high stability, but also the encapsulation takes on flexibility. As a result, using alternation as the base unit is better than using a single message. And it will make the transferring and receive of information more effective and safe. At last we develop the validation antitype of the model industry network manufacturing system, which adopts the MVC three layers system. We construct the whole platform using Java EE and relative Web tools. The organization model of the system mainly adopts the way of unifying management and function integration. The user management module integrates all of the modules into a unifying whole one. We adopt JDBC driving to accomplish joining pool in designing data join. The user case of the antitype system is based on CLDC. When the user sends request validating, the server can make responding and other functions can achieve all right.
