Flame temperature is an important indicator of the combustion process.Controlling the combustion process can improve combustion efficiency and is important for improving the availability of available resources,while the traditional contact sensor method for measuring temperature is becoming increasingly unsuitable for the development of today's demand.Visual measurement temperature compared with the traditional measurement method for measuring temperature by a sensor,the vision measurement system is a non-contact measurement,which has the advantages of fast measurement response and almost no interference with the combustion process.To this end,this thesis uses the visual measurement method to achieve flame temperature measurement,the specific research content is as follows:Firstly,based on the current research of flame temperature vision measurement system,the embedded and visual measurement systems are combined.According to the specific characteristics of flame temperature measurement object,a set of ARM-based vision measurement system is designed to realize flame temperature measurement.Online miniaturization of the system.Secondly,the system optical path is designed,and a dual-optical image acquisition system is used to obtain the intensity images of the R and G monochromatic lights,which improves the measurement accuracy of the flame temperature.The internal and external related modules of the ARM9-based visual signal acquisition and processing circuit are designed.The internal modules include Exynos4412 processing module,EMMC memory chip high-speed computing memory module,64-bit dual-channel DDR3 memory data storage module and power management module.external modules include: Ethernet interface module,HDMI interface module,serial port module and power module.Based on the hardware design,the software development environment of ARM9 visual signal acquisition and processing circuit is built.Software such as flame image preprocessing,flame temperature calculation,flame temperature gray image color mapping and system interaction interface design are programmed to realize visual temperature,and achieve visual temperature measurement.The parameters of the camera used in the system are optimized by the black body furnace,and the flame temperature is calibrated.Finally,the candle flame is measured and experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the ARM-based vision measurement system developed in this thesis can realize real-time online measurement of flame temperature distribution.The maximum sampling speed of the system is 30 frames,and the accuracy of measurement temperature is 0.5%,which can meet the requirements of industrial field temperature measurement.
