Research On The Ship Scheduling System For Sales Logistics Of A Giant Iron And Steel Enterprise

Goods are sold by the production enterprises or circulation enterprises, the goodsflow between supplier and buyer, this is called sales logistics. Sales logistics is theimportant link of to win the market for the enterprise, and it also play the role ofrecycling the funds and enhancing competitiveness. China is the largest steel producerand consumer in the world, which has a grate quantity of giant iron and steel enterprises.Ship transport is a major mode of transport. A reasonable port ship scheduling can makefull use of resources, reduce the large steel companies and port transportation costs, andimprove customer satisfaction. Sales logistics ship scheduling problem of giant iron andsteel enterprises systematic study has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on the giant iron and steel enterprises logistics ship schedulingmanagement, it puts forward the architecture design which is based on C/S mode. Thebusiness process of the ship scheduling is discussed, and the system features modulardesign, hardware and software architecture design are given. From the three aspects ofmodule design, database design and interface design, it focuses on the design andimplementation of the transport planning management system and the ships assemblemanagement system. In the transport planning subsystem, the amount of carrieroperations is determined by the order quantity and other factors. It has the function ofimporting the excel table and querying carriers operating amount. In the ships assemblemanagement subsystem, the main functions of the system are to decide the assemblysequence of the ship automatically and inquire the assembly progress. At the same timebased on the ship berth scheduling model, some important factors are considered, suchthe tent ship priority and the tons of loading steel. The ship scheduling optimizationmodel is constructed and the problem is solved by the genetic algorithm.In this paper, the research of the sales logistics shipping scheduling system in the giant iron and steel enterprises has important reference significance to other giant ironand steel enterprises. Researching and developing the application of the similar systemsmake the dispatchers monitor the ship scheduling process better, and improve theefficiency of the ship scheduling, better able to meet the demand for iron and steelenterprises.
