| In order to optimize and improve the operational efficiency and economic benefits of the terminal,the scheduling of berth resources has been widely discussed.The conclusion that vessels’ arrival time interval obeys the negative exponential distribution is different from the actual situation.Meanwhile,the ship arrival time of container ships in river terminal is more affected by time and tide.Therefore,based on different statistical pattern,this paper makes a further detailed research on the rule of vessels’ arrival time interval.And this paper discusses the berth scheduling problem in estuarine port under the condition of uncertain arrival time of ships,aiming to optimize and improve the efficiency of resource operation on quayside under different arrival laws,and providing decision-makers with more practical and instructive decision-making schemes.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the non-uniformity of the arrival time of container ships,this paper makes statistical analysis of the actual arrival data obtained by using two statistical methods including regardless of the time shift and the three time shifts.The results show that the arrival time interval of container ships under the two statistical methods is obeyed to the negative exponential distribution.However,the distribution under the situation of regardless of the time shift is different to each time shift.There are obvious differences in the number of ships coming in different shifts of time,and the expectation of the distribution that they obey is also different.(2)In this paper,considering the initial conditions and all kinds of practical constraints of the berth and aiming at minimizing the total time of the ship in the port,a mathematical model for the continuous berth system is constructed and solved by using genetic algorithm.The model is used to study the berth scheduling and quay bridge assignment under different arrival time intervals.The results show that the model can solve the related problems,and the algorithm has good adaptability and effectiveness.(3)Based on the established mathematical model,and combined with two different ship arrival time intervals under the situation of regardless of the time shift and the three time shifts,this paper generates multiple control cases to study berth scheduling and quay bridge allocation.This paper analyzes and discusses the different effects of two arrival time intervals on the situation of ships in port,reveals the importance of studying the rule of arrival time intervals in different shifts for berth scheduling,and further discusses the influence of different arrival time rules on the shoreline length. |
