Research On Comprehensive Ecological Wetland Landscape Planning Of China’s Yangtze River Delta Sea-river Intersected Zone

Abstract:Wetland is the most natural biodiversity and human ecological landscape of the most important one of the natural living environment, which is called "the kidney of the earth" and it has important value in material production, energy conversion, water supply, water purification, ecological conservation etc. As one of the important financial center and metropolitan circle in China, the Yangtze River Delta region has an unique location advantage, good economic foundation and superior resource conditions. In recent years, the cities have got a remarkable development and the speed of the landscape construction and development ranked the forefront of the country. However, the environmental pollution is more and more serious owing to the improper development of city. The study of wetland landscape planning and design in this area is very urgent, in order to stop the constantly loss of natural wetland landscape and make full use of the function of wetland landscape in improving the city’s ecological environment and landscaping features.As everyone knows, the Yangtze River Delta region, which empties itself into the ocean, is rich in hydrology and water resources. A variety of ecological environment provides the unique material basis for the restoration and conservation of different types of wetland. Based on the research of wetland, the author puts forward the concept of comprehensive wetland according to the characteristics of the crossing of rivers and the conditions of hydrology, water resources characterized by river and pond. The complementary wetlands create diverse ecological experience, protect the diversity of wildlife habitat and increase the species in that area. This will ensure that the wetland in this place have a high ecological scientific research value.Pointing at to the unique ecology type in the sea-river intersected zone of Yangtze River Delta, the author start the study on comprehensive ecological wetland landscape planning of China’s Yangtze River Delta sea-river intersected zone. This article mainly contains five parts. The first part tell us the background, significance and methods of this research chiefly. In the second part, the article state the research progress in wetland at home and abroad, including the concept, classification of wetlands and combine with the classification standard of wetland in china, the author tell us different types of wetlands. The third part through summarizing the method of wetland landscape planning, get the principle and target, content and method of comprehensive wetland landscape planning. In the fourth part the author take Hangzhou Sea-river Wetland as an example, which the author take part in the planning and design,to discuss from the principle, goal and orientation of comprehensive wetland landscape planning to the detailed planning and site selection, planning layout, landscape design, ecological design, economy, transportation strategy etc so that we can ensure the practicability of the sea-river intersected comprehensive wetland from the perspective of practice. Finally, This paper makes a summary This method plays a very good role in the planning and construction of Hangzhou Sea-river Wetland. The author hope that this discussion on comprehensive ecological wetland landscape planning of China’s Yangtze River Delta sea-river intersected zone, in this paper,can provide theory and case support for the wetland landscape planning and construction of the similar region and promote the construction of wetland in our country vigorously and healthily.
