Study On The Renovation Of Old Industrial Buildings And Innovative Design

The study subject of this article is to appear in the city’s old industrial buildings.Basic content of the study is how to retain the original features of architectural history,based on adding new content to the original space, to create new space to meet thefunctional requirements of modern, dealing with the original architectural style andconstruction of modern cities. The purpose of the study is the result of systematicanalysis of the renovation of old industrial building design at home and abroad,exploring a suitable urban design strategy of old industrial buildings in China.Gradually quickening the adjustment of industrial structure and rapid urbanizationof the background, a lot of old industrial buildings in the city is in the idle state, itsdesign is a must. Study on design of renovation of old industrial buildings in manydeveloped countries has tended to mature, but China still at an exploratory stage,although in theory and in practice has made certain achievements, but in general thereis a lack of. Therefore, the renovation of old industrial buildings to innovative researchdesign is of great cultural significance, ecological and social values. As the birthplaceof modern industry in Shandong province, Jinan, rich in resources of old industrialbuildings. But speeding up the process of urbanization, the existing old industrialbuilding gradually suffered varying degrees of damage, has still not appearedsuccessful examples of completed renovation of old industrial buildings, very littletheoretical research in this field, is still in its infancy stage. In this context, selection ofJinan as an example to study the design of renovation of old industrial buildings haveimportant practical significance.This paper attempts to learn from environmental art study on the renovation of oldindustrial buildings and in terms of innovative design, analysis of related theoreticalbasis of renovation of old industrial buildings design and development at home andabroad on the basis of China in transformation of old industrial building gaps andshortcomings in the design. And then, through the investigation and analysis on thecurrent status of the jinan industrial buildings, summary characteristics of old industrialbuildings in Jinan, Jinan, and noted that the opportunities and difficulties in the designof renovation of old industrial buildings. On this basis, propose renovation of oldindustrial buildings and innovative design principles, patterns, urban space, physicalspace of architecture, construction and interior design of three dimensions reconstruction of innovative design method and strategy, Jinan, with a view to therenovation of old industrial buildings and other similar cities in China designed toprovide some guidance.In this thesis, neither by Jinan for a successful transformation of old industrialbuildings and experience and the problems that have been carried out analysis methodto derive innovative design strategy transformation; did not take advantage of Jinandifferent from the old industrial buildings in other cities characteristic approach toexplore new design techniques.
