The Research Of Green Renovation On Old Industrial Building

High speed process of urbanization has brought more serious negative effects to energy and ecological aspects, and resource depletion together with environmental degradation has become people’s common concern. It has become the theme of social development to respect for nature and protect the environment, meanwhile conservation of resources and reduction pollution is the necessary condition to realize the sustainable development, which is also imperative.In recent years, more and more scholars and architects began to research and throw oneself into reforming the reuse of old industrial buildings.Although many of the old industrial buildings avoid waste removal by regaining the new features with new injection, the reform practice still remain in the basic art transformation stage.The application of the concept of green building got little attention in the process of reuse, unable to provide a comfortable indoor space for people in a low energy consumption.Besides, accompanied by serious waste of resources and environmental pollution in the construction process, all such practice go against the concept of sustainable development.The main research contents in this paper are about the strategy and reform measures in the green transformation design of the old industrial buildings, breaking the traditional way of transformation, combining the green building technology with the reuse of the old industrial buildings transformation, finally putting forward a sustainable design model. The full text is divided into four parts.The first part includes the first two chapters, introducing the research background and the scope of the problem, current situation, methods,content and so on, studying the development status of the transformation of old industrial buildings, specifying the green transformation is the new trend of the industrial buildings transformation,finally summarizing the strategies and measures of green transformation design in old industrial buildings. The second part is the third chapter, analyzing and summarizing up the domestic typical case from the two aspects of the strategy and measures. The third part are the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, and it is the core part of the paper, above all introducing the investigation and the value of assessment of locomotive workshop in Dalian, designing the machine workshop from the single building to the site planning based on the spot investigation, settling green transformation strategies and measures in the transformation of old industrial buildings and returning the research results to the practice for guiding and deepening.In the end of paper the,it prospects the green transformation of the old industrial buildings and explores the value of research further.This paper innovation points:firstly,it is the innovation of research angle, the paper starting from the concept of sustainable, and the research is suitable for the old industrial construction green transformation strategy and measure.The second is the research content of innovation. First,green transformation of the domestic outstanding case of old industrial buildings conducted field research and analysis, the green transformation method is extracted. Second, the field investigation and research of the Dalian locomotive plant is carried out, and the historical restoration and context of the protection of the heritage buildings are carried out, and the evaluation of the value of the system is carried out.Third,it is to Dalian Locomotive workshop of green transformation of trial design, from the aspects of function and space transformation, updating the structure system, the use of solar energy, vertical greening and intelligent sun shading the construction experiment.Through the research on the green transformation of old industrial buildings, we provides a new direction for the development of reform. It is the best way for the transformation of old industrial buildings to advocate the way of "four kinds of saving and environmental protection". Believe that only applying the concept of green building and green method to the process of transformation, using the unique characteristics of the old industrial buildings creatively and rationally, can make the old industrial buildings preserved not only temporary but sustainable regeneration, and adapt to the multiple needs of changes in people, city, environment.
