| With the shortage of energy and rapid development of solar industry,it is a trend that solarenergy is used as vehicle fuel. The road cleaning, waste recycling and transportation arecompleted by the solar sweeper which is a special vehicle and solar energy is its power source.The vehicle is mainly used for cleaning operations on non-primary routes, especially the narrowroad. Manpower is saved and efficiency is increased.The solar sweeper frame is an important part of vehicle, battery, garbage box and othercomponents are assembled on it. The excitation come from the road is put on the frame. Theframe is formed by many welded beam and girder steel. The properties and service life areaffected by the strength and structure of fame directly.A certain type of solar sweeper frame is research object in this paper. The3D model offrame is created by the using of CATIA, the finite element model is built in Hyperworks.Theoretical modal analysis and test modal results are completed by the using of ANSYS andHT-1excitation vibration measure device. Finite element model is modified according to testresults, a reliable model is obtained.Strength analysis is accomplished in Hyperworks. Modal analysis and analysis on randomresponse of pavement are completed in ANSYS by the use of modified finite element model.Structural optimization of solar sweeper frame is realized according to the calculation results.The theoretical foundation for the design of solar sweeper frame, frame structureoptimization direction for the frame are provided by this study... |
