Research Of Standardization Of LED Lamps And Establishment Of LED Lights Standardization Of Dalian

The light-emitting diode (LED) is a new light source, compared with the traditional lightsource, they have many advantages, such as small size, light weight, space-saving, widespectral range, no fixed axis, easier to design, low energy consumption,while good reliability,long life, high luminous efficiency, good stability and low maintenance costs, LED is a highlyefficient green energy.LED light is a major part of LED products, the main technology and industry developsrapidly, its product variety, the international and domestic are no detailed system and methodof the test. the LED lights project performance and quality requirements are often produceddifferent and lead to many objections to acceptance of the project. Therefore, it is greatimportance to research on the standard of LED street lighting.To optimize the LED streetlighting standards in Dalian have practical significance and value.Meanwhile, in order to guide healthy and rapid development of Chinese semiconductorlighting applications, the ministry launched the "thousand lamps in ten cities" semiconductorlighting application engineering. As a pilot for the city Dalian, it expands the size of thesemiconductor lighting market and promotes the core semiconductor lighting technology andinnovation and plays a vital role in promoting the semiconductor lighting green industrycluster. Although Chinese LED lights and the technology could not be mature, because of itshigh luminescence efficiency, consume less energy and stability, the lighting project for thecountry strategy and energy savings is significant. The nation proposed the introductionstandard, but due to the actual situation around the different places, the standard cannot meetthe needs. To coordinate with the " thousand lamps in ten cities " semiconductor lightingapplication engineering and offset the limitation of ten standards of the city, this study hasdevelopment of the standard of LED lights for the city of Dalian, and elaborate theimportance of this standard.The purpose of this study is to develop standards of Dalian LED lights, the main workincludes:1、In this work, based on the status of international LED standard, A suitable LEDluminary test standard is built based on the research above, which containsphotometry, colorimetry, electrical, life, environmental testing and LEDcharacteristics.2、Because of shortages in local standard, factors of geography, climate, cultural andlighting situation in Dalian is not considered in the common standard. So, the LEDstreet lamp standard and test standard is laid down, in which, the factors of Dalian city is taken into consideration. The constructive suggestion is taken out to improvethe establishment of LED street lamp standard of Dalian city, which contains theillumination, luminosity, color temperature test method and glare limitation method.3、In this standard design schema, the quantities and test method in traditional standardsis taken into consideration, also the factors in Dalian city. The standard quantities ofLED street lamp, the test method of illuminance, luminance and color temperature,glare limitation method is taken out for Dalian city. The environment test, which isbased on this standard design schema, is performed, the frequency is one per month,and the test experiment is last for one year. In the experiment, test, evaluation andanalysis procedure is fully performed, and the result shows that this standard designschema is scientific and feasible. Based on the environment test schema, the dataprocessing system is developed, and the summarized the test method and experimentmethod.
