This paper is supported by The Project(CXTDX201601005)supported by funds for innovation team building,To create a good visual environment for motorists and pedestrians is the main purpose of road lighting.It can not only facilitate people's daily life,ensure traffic safety,improve transportation efficiency,but also ensure people's travel safety and beautify the urban living environment.Lighting of motor lanes is one of the main contents of urban road lighting.The purpose is to create a good visual environment for drivers and pedestrians of motor vehicles.It can not only facilitate people's daily life,ensure traffic safety,improve transportation efficiency,but also ensure people's travel safety and beautify the city life circle.Border.With the rapid growth of urban road construction in China,the uneven level of road lighting and enormous energy consumption are very common.At present,there are many researches on road lighting,including the study of road lighting mode,standard,glare in road lighting and so on.However,many studies do not take into account the actual situation of the road,for example,the impact of road environmental factors on road lighting is not considered in the study.Therefore,from the reality of road lighting,according to the daily life experience and practical problems found in participating in the project,this paper puts forward the topic of " Study on factors influencing light environment of urban road lighting based on glare and occlusion ".In this research process,first of all,through the literature and related information research,combined with practical life experience,combed and summarized the impact of road lighting light environment of several factors.Secondly,through objective measured data and subjective survey price,we have a full understanding of the current situation of urban road lighting environment.At the same time,the results of Delphi method and subjective questionnaire survey were compared in order to preliminarily understand the importance of environmental impact factors of road lighting.It is found that the shelter of street trees and the impact of opposite lights on road lighting are the biggest.Afterwards,the influential factors are investigated and analyzed again,and the preliminary solutions or suggestions are put forward.This paper is an engineering practical paper,which consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction(Chapter 1): On the basis of discussing the background of the research object,aiming at the existing problems of urban road lighting and the related research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research content,the purpose and significance of the study,and the overall combing of the research methods.The second part is the basic research of this paper(Chapter 2).In the second part of this paper,the author first defines the object of study,and then through literature review and previous research on urban road lighting light environmental impact factors and related light environment on human visual psychology of the role of the principle of research,and finally road lighting and vision.The basic theory of psychology.An overview is made for the following analysis and research.The third part is the investigation and analysis part(Chapter 3,Chapter 4): In this part,the author selects the representative roads in the main urban area of Chongqing for field investigation,first carries on the related data measurement,and then participates in the investigation and the questionnaire form,to its light environmental impact factor importance degree and the human being.Group visual psychological satisfaction was investigated.In addition,the results of the questionnaire combined with Delphi method to determine the importance of the light environmental impact factors,and the important impact factors were investigated and analyzed.The fourth part is the project practice(Chapter 5): Taking the road lighting planning part of Baianba Nightscape Lighting Planning Project in Wanzhou District of Chongqing as an example,the above research results are utilized,and the design method and process are discussed in detail.
