Study On The Manufacturing Service Trading Platform Based On Process Action

This platform aims at describing the manufacturing sources and manufacturing abilitieswith a process action model which shows more power in integrating and sharing information,and using them as the transaction objects in platform manufacturing service trade. As theplatform allows both designers and manufacturers participating the cloud manufacture muchfaster, it can be very useful in shortening the developing cycle, increasing the enterprises’producing efficiency and improving the market flexibility. Thus, this thesis researches thedevelopment of the platform from the following aspects.Firstly, this thesis provides the definition of process action and builds the process actionmodel in terms of the manufacturing process. At the same time, it classifies the process actionand founds the storing means of process action information. Based on the relation betweenparts process action and parts process characteristic, the thesis provides the parts’ descriptionbased on process action.Secondly, the process action model is used as the trading object in the service tradingplatform. After this, the data exchange treaty ATEP is founded for the platform. At the sametime, this thesis also establishes the communication and connection mechanism of the serviceplatform, makes the data transmission rules, elaborates the data transmission technology,develops the analytic method of data message and XML files.Thirdly, this thesis provides the definition of the platform’s trade mechanism, explainsthe connotation of the platform’s trade mechanism, analyses the logical system and networkstructure of the platform, as well as designs the system of both the client application moduleand the server application module.At last, this thesis finishes system designing for the client and server applications. Themain contents can be summarized as follows: designing the users’ information module,process action choosing module, price choosing module of the client application; designingthe data handling and deal information displaying module of the server application; designingthe process action information publishing module, price module, process action managingmodule of the manufacturer client application.
