The modern industry resources process characteristics of distributed,heterogeneous and cooperative. In the process of enterprise information construction, as business complexity and rapid development of computer technology, many information system development for lack of overall planning and systematic,build up business systems may be based on different operating system platforms and database technology in different times.Therefore, between the various systems is difficult to realize information sharing and interaction effectively,phenomenon created"islands of information".With the electricity market development and increasing of collaboration business development, system of "information island" type can not meet the needs of enterprise development.Urgent need to develop a set of real integration between heterogeneous systems for data exchange and sharing of solutions. Practice has shown that the various systems for the lack of a unified, standardized, and standardized data sharing mechanism, information resources sharing problem is difficult to establish a unified platform for data exchange is an effective way.To combine existing information technology, it proposed a data exchange platform that based on SOA architecture, XML as a standard format for data exchange between heterogeneous systems,web service as the standard interface for data exchange system.The data exchange platform can call services that have been published to the internet to realize data exchange and sharing.The study relies on National Development and Reform Commission high-technology industry software special"electric power industry data security exchange and comprehensive application platform".Now,the platform has been officially opened in northeast powet grid.Through practical application show that the platform greatly facilitates the electric power system data exchange and sharing between heterogeneous systems and improved the operational efficiency of enterprises.
