This article researches the questions which is founded on the the village renovation ofWeifang Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It starts from the economic characteristics, cityconstruction and requirements of the future development in Weifang Comprehensive BondedZone, researches the economic evaluation of the project when the analysis aboutimplementation process of the PM of Long Jing Garden as their foundation. Consequently,the right countermeasures will be took out.It connects the theory of PM and the self experience of the PM about the villagerenovation together, analyzes the theory of the PM about the village renovation, especiallyabout the key link on the present condition of village renovation, schedule management, costmanagement, post project evaluation and so on. The PM of Long Jing Garden, as the studyof this projection, is also be analyzed about how to use the theory of PM on the PM about thevillage renovation. It uses various of finance evaluation index to researche the investmentincome of this project, analyzes the project with the method for analysing breakeven point,Profit and loss and static profit analysis, and establishes a management system in accordancewith the result of the qualitative analysis and the acquaintance of the economic benefit.The article include five parts. The first part will analyzes the research background,purpose and meaning, the present condition of project study at home and abroad, writingIdeas, the research method and Innovation. The second part discusses the theoreticalknowledge on the village renovation, includes the conception, characteristics and mode ofoperation. It also analyzes the present condition of the project, use the SWOT analysismothod to analyzes the advantage, disadvantaged, opportunities and challenge of theLong Jing Garden Projection. The third part introduces the scheduled, project management,fund and how to raise it on the projection. The fourth part and the fifth part is the key point ofthe whole passage. The fourth part analyzes the key link on the implementation process of thePM. It includes schedule management, cost management and the contract management. Thefifth part will make an massessment after the project process, it includes social evaluationeconomic benefit and risk investigation. To provide references on the more village renovationProjections will be the ultimate goal.
