This article researches the questions which is founded on the the village renovation ofWeifang Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It starts from the economic characteristics, cityconstruction and requirements of the future development in Weifang Comprehensive BondedZone, researches the economic evaluation of the project when the analysis aboutimplementation process of the PM of Long Jing Garden as their foundation. Consequently,the right countermeasures will be took out.It connects the theory of PM and the self experience of the PM about the villagerenovation together, analyzes the theory of the PM about the village renovation, especiallyabout the key link on the present condition of village renovation, schedule management, costmanagement, post project evaluation and so on.
