The need for non electric testing a number of modern aircraft development and useof the process, the pressure test is more than half of the total amountof pressure test, which is the most dynamic pressure. Dynamic pressure test aircraftdevelopment and use of the process include: pulse pressure fuel and hydraulic system;inlet pressure distortion of inlet air pressure; dynamic; dynamic pressure inside theengine; weapon dynamic pressure after launch field. The dynamic pressure, fluctuatingpressure fuel and hydraulic system will cause the vibration of the pipeline, a seriouscause of rupture or leakage pipeline; inlet distortion and dynamic pressure weaponsafter the field may lead to engine surge or parking; improve test atmospheric dynamicpressure dynamic pressure and engine internal accuracy to improve aircraft performanceis very important. Data show that, the fluctuating pressure of aircraft hydraulic systemcan be several times higher than the static pressure; the inlet pressure distortion testperformed in the United States also prove, dynamic pressure distortion can be severaltimes higher than the value of steady pressure distortion.This paper introduces the dynamic pressure measurement in weapon equipmentdevelopment of meaning, the analysis of the major domestic and foreign dynamicpressure testing device and its development status and technology of virtual instrumentand virtual instrument software, finally, how to use the virtual instrument technology todesign two kinds of dynamic pressure testing device, improve the dynamic pressuretesting device control and data acquisition, data processing analysis part.
