A new type of family more turn to the social old-age pensioninstitutions is mainly in the form of.But from the current development situation of China’s social pensioninstitutions, the overall level of showing uneven state. At present a lot of socialpension institutions could not from the aspect of service, environment, life and meetthe needs of older people with physical and mental development, in the specificoperation has shown a lot of shortcomings. These deficiencies appear to focus forthe elderly living environment with their physical and mental development needsthere is great gap. From the current development situation of China’s sanatorium,showing a strong independence in the living environment of the elderly, thisexcessive independence for the elderly space transition caused the disorder. In orderto solve this problem, this paper studied from many aspects and angles, in order toease transition of indoor and outdoor environment, meet the old behavior gocharacteristics.Therefore, this article based on the elderly psychological needs, spacedevelopment around the old sanatorium, launches the analysis and investigation ofdomestic and foreign old sanatorium. The spatial distribution and positive behavioraland psychological needs and nursing homes in the elderly, the combination ofenvironment construction, put forward strategies and constructive ways.
