Under the background of the aging population trend,the old age has arrived in our country before people get rich.Faced with this reality,as the younger generation we become confused.Should we be scared or be wedging with potential business opportunities? How to enable the elderly people to enjoy their old age healthily and psychologically has become a social issue.However,according to the actual situation,we cannot use Mencius' s words to “pick up Mount Tai and cross the North Sea.” At present our capabilities are limited,but we can do our best to “break down a green branch for the elderly”.We can start with some small and loving action and although it is a long journey,we can be regarded as a practical action.Through understanding the current status of the old-age care service organizations in Gongyi City,the utilization status of space and facilities,the living needs of the elderly in the retirement institutions,and the needs for living and other aspects,the process found that there is a certain amount of indoor space in the existing nursing homes in Gongyi City.problems,these problems have greatly limited the development of nursing homes.Therefore,this article through the in-depth study of the old-age mentality,living habits and physiological characteristics of the rural elderly,the use of ergonomics,barrier-free design and other knowledge as a theoretical guide,to improve the existing problems in the space proposed some amendments,based on existing cases Above,we provide more caring care and care for the elderly's retirement life.
