Research On Integration Strategy Of Indoor And Outdoor Space Of Elderly Nursing Home In Cold Region

In the 21 st century,China's population aging process has been deepened,and the attendant pension problem has become increasingly serious.The general level of the pension institutions can not meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,the optimization of academic research and design strategy are the two major problems in recent years.At the same time,the climate is a major factor in the design of geriatric sanatoriums,the design strategies of geriatric sanatorium are also different among various cities.For the cold region,the climate characteristics have more significant impact to the building.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly and fully combines the characteristics of cold climate,and summarizes integration design theory of the elderly nursing home,then explains the integration design principles and strategies.The main contents of this paper focus on the following four aspects.First of all,the author fully understands the social aging and nursing home construction and other background content with depth understanding of the relevant research,and summed up the phenomenon of lack in physiological and psychological of the elderly,then analyzed the material basis for an elderly nursing home.Secondly,the author analyzes the particularity of the cold city and finds that it has a significant effect on the lifestyle and behavior of the elderly.Therefore,this paper takes the cold aged nursing home as the main object of study,and summarizes the independent architectural design points under the influence of climate,humanity and other regional factors.Furthermore,the author puts forward the concept of indoor and outdoor integration design of the sanatoriums in the cold city through the analysis of the existing knowledge system,with the mixing of physiological and psychological needs of the elderly and the particularity of the cold region.And analyzes the integration design principles and design strategies of the elderly nursing homes from three aspects: function,landscape and atmosphere.Finally,through the practical examples of application,the author proves the full text of integrated design theory to form a complete theoretical logic framework.The research on the integration design strategy of the indoor and outdoor in the elderly nursing home has the dual significance in both theory and practice.This paper hope that through the discussion on the integration design of the elderly nursing home in cold city,we could improve the relevant theoretical system of the old-age building in our country.And by digging deep into the design principles of old buildings in cold regions,this paper provides a theoretical reference for the construction of elderly nursing homes in the future.
