On the contract risk analysis and evaluation based on the contract risk, according to the control principle, establish a multi-dimensional project contract risk response control system, and detailed control process and strategy.Finally, in the ZY project as an example, introduces the ZY project on the basis of this, the mathematical model of project contract risk evaluation, according to the evaluation results put forward reasonable control measures.Through theoretical analysis and example test and verify, designed to enable our country contractor take the contract risk management, and puts forward a set of feasible EPC project contract risk analysis, evaluation, control system, in order to improve the risk management of project contract.
