With the continuous development and utilization of water resources,the construction of water conservancy projects has accelerated,and the survey and design of water conservancy projects has played a key role in the development and construction of water conservancy projects.Engineering design enterprises are important departments for realizing investment plans for water conservancy projects.Complete the main department from the planning to the project to the completion of the complete set of procedures.Therefore,strengthening the engineering contract management of engineering design enterprises is conducive to improving the construction period of water conservancy project construction and the economic indicators of project investment,thus promoting the better development and construction of water conservancy projects.Internal control is a process that is influenced by the company's board of directors,management,and other employees,including internal controls and their application to strategy and the company as a whole,designed to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness,financial reporting reliability,and regulatory compliance.Provide a process of reasonable assurance.The 2004 risk management integration framework incorporates internal controls,indicating that internal controls and risk management are inextricably linked.As an important means of internal control,contract risk management is an important part of enterprises to prevent business risks.Because the water conservancy project is characterized by a long cycle,it involves many professions.As part of the management of water conservancy projects,water conservancy project contract management is an important basis for controlling project quality,efficiency and progress,and determining engineering investment.It is also one of the key factors for the success of a water conservancy project.This paper takes the current P-water resource allocation project contract of the water industry G company and the risks that may be faced in the future as a case study,adopts SWOT analysis method,analyzes the internal and external environment of G company from the aspect of project management;and makes initial production through SWOT analysis.Risk list,determine the initial risk target;then use the WBS-RBS method to identify the contract risk by decomposing the contract terms of the hydraulic engineering project contract;and evaluate the identified risks through risk level analysis.In view of the problems existing in the contract risk management of P water resources allocation project,suggestions for optimizing the contract review process and strengthening the management of project contract period are proposed from the contract signing stage and the fulfillment stage.Through the research in this paper,we can improve the efficiency of G company's contract risk management,and at the same time play a reference and reference for other enterprises in strengthening contract risk management.
