"Residence" and "job" are two core endogenous variables in the structure of urban space. Their mutual constraints affect each other. From the microscopic point of view,"residence" and "work" is a major travel activities in the urban environment, balanced and reasonable post live distribution can not only reduce the cost of transportation, saving travel time, and through the appropriate space transition to improve people’s lives quality; From a macro perspective, the reasonable post live distribution can ease the pressure on urban commuter, reduce environmental pollution, is conducive to creating energy saving low-carbon society.Present, China is in transition socio-economic conditions, the spatial structure of many cities in China has undergone a qualitative change, many cities due to the land update and expansion of the functional structure of complex factors such as post live separate space dislocation, lead commuting time and distance increased significantly, the travel habits of residents, quality of life and even urban order are serious trouble. The focus of the staff live between occupational live and separation problems. The general consensus has been formed. Job lived separation will lead to an increase in commuting costs, which is caused by traffic congestion in major cities, the decline in air quality is an important reason. Separation of the staff live from space and time dimensions to interpret the urban development process and the problems caused by ubiquitous urban disease "prevention" fundamental recommendations. On the other hand, from the individual micro-survey data, analyzes the anatomy of the root causes of this phenomenon, and to carry out research is also a unique perspective on urban issues. In this study, using a combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis. First, the research background and significance, related concepts, the research dynamics combing summary, empirical research stage to take the survey, residents of the main city of Changsha City conducted a questionnaire survey to collect from the individual micro-commuter, social property and other relevant data, from Changsha City commuter Profile, personal and social attributes for occupational live separate post to live separate spatial characteristics and transport development perspective of Changsha City staff live in separation is not serious.Separation of state for the post of Changsha City live This paper discusses the impact of post live separate factors:the layout of urban space, personal social attributes, road traffic conditions, commercialization of the residential market for occupational live separate. Finally, we propose to improve post live separate recommendations:to strengthen the role of the guidance and control of urban planning; improve the transportation system, improve the infrastructure of the residential area, and to strengthen the real estate market regulation.Picture76, Table36, Reference50.
