Urban living and employment space is an important part of urban space. With the reform and opening up,the job-housing balance relationship under the traditional urban distribution system has been broken. The marketization of land and commercial housing transactions, urban suburbanization and the reorganization of urban space are becoming more and more obvious, and the mismatch between urban transportation facilities and transportation needs has also directly caused changes in the spatial relationship between urban jobs and housing.A series of urban problems brought about by the separation of work and housing, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and reduced residents’ happiness. At present,Hefei City is in a state of rapid industrial development, rapid population concentration, and continuous expansion of land use.The comprehensive competitiveness of Hefei City across the country is constantly increasing. However,at the same time, the rapid development of the city is also accompanied by urban refined governance.Lagging, the resulting urban problems reduce the happiness of residents and affect the relationship between residents’ work and housing space, especially the long commute time caused by the long-standing urban traffic congestion, which has a great impact on the daily life of residents. Therefore, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of job-housing dislocation, daily commuting characteristics, and influencing factors of Hefei residents,in order to explore the internal mechanism of improving the relationship between work-housing space and seek to improve the work-housing space of Hefei residents. The research results show that: 1.Current status of commuting: Through the survey data,it is found that the average commuting time of residents in Hefei is 28.71minutes;the average commuting distance is 6.11 kilometers;the main commuting method chosen by residents is bus, accounting for 41.63%;Among the types,41.1% of residents commute across districts, and 58.8% of residents commute in the same district;the ideal one-way commute time acceptable to residents is 21 minutes to 30minutes;41.68% of residents are basically satisfied with the current traffic conditions in Hefei,46.46% of residents are dissatisfied with the current traffic conditions in Hefei;when choosing a residence,38.3% of the residents think that going to work is the most important factor to consider,28.7% of the residents think that the housing price is the priority factor, and 24.2% of the residents think that Children’s schooling is a priority;when choosing a job,30.6% of residents believe that salary is a priority,and25.6% of residents believe that the convenience of going to work is a priority.2.Status of job-housing relationship: Judging from the agglomeration of Baidu heatmaps at different times, the current multi-center urban structure model in Hefei is taking shape, the employment-residential dislocation phenomenon is not very obvious, and the employment-residential spatial structure The pattern is still changing, and the job-housing matching status varies greatly in each study area, and each area has different problems.3.Influencing factors and mechanisms: From the macro and micro aspects to analyze the influencing factors of the spatial relationship between work and residence of Hefei residents, the micro level first refines the impact on the work-housing relationship into commuting time, commuting distance, commuting The influence of mode and acceptable commuting time, and then analyze its influence on job-housing relationship from five aspects of gender, age, education, occupation, and monthly income.Through variance test and multinomial logistic analysis,it is found that gender and age are related The effect of residents’ work-housing relationship is not significant, while educational background, occupation and monthly income have significant effects on residents’ work-housing relationship. At the macro level, this paper analyzes its impact on Hefei residents’ job-housing relationship from the aspects of urban spatial structure, urban traffic development, land and housing marketization. However, the agglomeration of various districts is not enough, and they cannot achieve self-sufficiency in the short term;traffic congestion seriously prolongs the commuting time of residents, making residents less satisfied with transportation construction. The marketization of land and housing has led to the extension of residential areas, but employment positions are still concentrated in a short period of time, which leads to the separation of jobs and housing.4.Optimization countermeasures: In view of the current situation of separation of work and housing in Hefei, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of planning.First, strengthen planning to guide the multi-center urban spatial structure and strengthen the mixed use of land;Second, give priority to the development of public transportation and build urban wisdom Transportation network;3.Reasonably arrange urban public service facilities to create a "15-minute community life circle";4.Strengthen macro-control of the real estate market and rationally arrange the location of guaranteed housing.Figure [37] table [73] reference [74]...
