Research On The Fault Pre-Warning Method For Passenger Elevator Door Lock Contact

Elevator door lock contact is the key part of elevator,which is related to the safety of passengers.Elevator door lock contact has always been a disaster area of elevator door system fault,which accounts for 80%of all faults in the elevator door system.It is of great significance to study and realize fault early warning.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the elevator door system,this paper takes the elevator door lock contact as the object to carry out the research of the fault early warning method.The specific content of this paper is as followsIn the first chapter,the research background and significance of the elevator door lock fault pre-warning are analyzed,and the research methods and application research status of the elevator door lock fault pre-warning at home and abroad are analyzed.Combined with the current research progress,the research content of this paper is proposedIn the second chapter,this paper summarizes the structure and working principle of the elevator door lock contact,verifies the correctness of the failure mechanism by the observation and analysis results of the electron microscope and energy spectrometer,and studies the failure characterization parameters of the door lock contact by the analysis resultsIn the third chapter,the research method of fault pre-warning of elevator door system is established.According to the failure mechanism of the door lock contact,the state parameter is determined as the contact resistance;the measurement method based on Kelvin four wire method is proposed to build the working condition simulation circuit of the door lock contact,and the resistance data of the contact operation is collected;according to the characteristics of the state data,the random time sequence method is selected to build the prediction model based on the state data;then the sliding window theory is used to put forward An effective threshold setting principle of fault pre-warning is proposedIn the fourth chapter,a fault pre-warning test system is designed to verify the effectiveness of the door lock fault early warning method.Firstly,the functional requirements of the door lock fault pre-warning test system are analyzed,and the software and hardware functional modules required by the test system are designed.Then,under the laboratory conditions,a test-bed is built to carry out the working simulation test of the layer door lock contact.Finally,the effectiveness of the fault pre-warning method is verified by using the collected dataThe fifth chapter summarizes the content of this study,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study,and gives the direction and suggestions for further study.
