Nature gas resource is very abundant in China, but the gas source is far away from thecity mainly using gas, therefore in our country, the natural gas transportation uses thehigh-pressure and long-distance pipeline. The pressure of the natural gas has to regulatingbefore the gas enters the city pipe network system from the high-pressure pipeline, while thetraditional pressure regulating process can not use the pressure energy of a natural-gas pipenetwork and it has wasted the massive energies in vain. Only the first pipeline of GasTransmitting From West to East Project may recycle the pressure energy of42736×108kJevery year, therefore the recycling pressure energy of the pipe network has then become theurgent matter. The recycling and use of pipe network pressure energy conforms to the basicpolicy of the national energy saving and emission reduction, which has the importanteconomic efficiency and the social efficiency.This article analyzed the pressure energy generation techniques, and determined anoptimized pressure energy electricity generation way, and combined with the matureelectricity compression refrigeration technology, established a set of simultaneously using thepressure energy electricity generation refrigeration and the electricity compressionrefrigeration technique coordinating with refrigerating technique; by the optimized selectionof the power generation equipment, determined the turboexpander as the expansion powergeneration equipment of this scheme and by the comparison and selection of refrigerant, tookR134a as the circulating refrigerant of this process. Finally, the secondary regulatingspecifications and mature technical parameters of electric compression technology of secondline of Gas Transmitting From West to East Project, carried on overall analysis of energyefficiency, the exergy efficiency of the complete set of electricity generation-refrigeratingtechnique reaches52.3%, and determine the lower efficiency of LNG-R404a heat exchangerfor next optimized improvement direction.In Shenzhen Gas Group Rain Ridge Gate Station as research background, combined withthe proposed program of pressure energy generation ice engineering design, analysis of thefeasibility of the pressure can be recovered.
