ABSTRACT:Urban mass transit field (includes subway and light rail) is an important industry, which relates to the people’s livelihood and being developed by the current country. To provide electricity for urban mass transit, traction power supply system is a vital part in this field. Having some advantage such as low harmonic content and feedback energy, energy feedback traction power supply system is gradually becoming the development direction of the urban mass transit system, its operating performance directly affects the security, reliability and the proper flowing of energy of urban rail train while doing some commissioning and actual operation, so real-time controlling its working conditions and take rapid measures to diagnose its faults shows an important significance.This thesis base on the Beijing Transportation Industry Technology Project" Demonstration Energy-efficient urban rail traction power supply device", By analyzing performance characteristics of the energy feedback traction power supply system, combining with the working principle of ARM processor, the thesis use Industrial Ethernet and Virtual Instrument Technology designs an comprehensive monitoring system that integrates a variety of functions together.After researching and introducing the basic structure and operating principle of energy feedback traction power supply system, this thesis put forward the requirements for comprehensive monitoring.Comprehensive monitoring system based on the requirements analysis, use AM3359as core chip in the underlying hardware system, this chip using as Linux embedded operating system, and together with The Host builds cross-compiler environment. Thus, using Socket and The C#Programming Language code complete the connection with the upper monitoring interface.And the thesis also designs faults stored procedures based on dynamic random access memory RAM and non-volatile memory FLASH.The top of comprehensive monitoring system apply Lab VIEW software, use Top-Down, Monetization software design methods for programming, finish data communication between lower system and upper system, and meet the monitoring system’s requirements including running status monitor, waveform display and storage, control setting and diagnose faults.After finishing the works of hardware building and software design, this thesis debug the system in the field. Experimental results show that the comprehensive monitoring system for Energy Feedback Power Supply System based on ARM and the C#Programming Language communicate stably, operate reliably, all function are completed to good effect, so it can comprehensive monitoring the traction power supply system, ensure the safety and stability of the traction supply system.
