Design And Research Of Water Jet Cleaning And Degreasing Equipment

The high pressure water jet cleaning technology is becoming popular in our country, it is an emerging technology which development speed is very fast. This paper analyzes the various application of the domestic and foreign water jet cleaning technology in the industrial field of China, in view of the new problems and the new needs for the application process, a device of high-pressure water jet used in ammunition degreasing is designed, it can facilitate the achievement of the degreasing before ammunition works, the device can also expand function combined with rust and paint stripping when it is abrasive jet, finally, build experimental platform for large number of comparative experiments about the actual cleaning effect, to optimize and further verify the selection of each nozzle and functions. the main work is as follows:First of all, this paper introduces the development of high-pressure water jet technology and current development situation of cleaning technology at home and abroad, high pressure water jet cleaning mechanism and influencing factors, and introduces the basic composition of the existing portable abrasive water jet cutting and cleaning device in the laboratory, which includes three parts:high pressure water generator, abrasive tank and component adjusting device, on the basis of the two part, oil cleaning device, waste water recycling system is also described in addition to the design.Secondly, the abrasive water jet oil degreasing cleaning device was main designed by using Solidworks2010software, completed a single nozzle mechanism, nozzle, single wheel pressing mechanism, ammunition, wastewater recycling box design and the3D model of each component, at last made assembly simulation. In addition to establish internal and external flow field model of different structure nozzle, import Gambit to mesh, then use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent to do numerical simulation, analyzes the different effects of different structure nozzle on jet, further to find out the best nozzle structure which can realize different cleaning functions theoretically.Finally, using the existing equipment in the laboratory, to build a test platform, experiment with application of different functions, the actual cleaning effect of different structure nozzle is analyzed, and adjust the jet pressure, nozzle diameter, the distance between the nozzle and the target material, jet incidence angle and other parameters, find the ideal parameters for different function, at last using Autodyn software, the ammunition degreasing function is numerically simulated, verified the feasibility and safety device of the device degreasing function.Through theoretical analysis and test research, this paper verifies the portable abrasive water jet cutting cleaning device can meet the design requirements, it has high practical value, can provide the guarantee for the further parameter optimization and function expansion of the device.
