In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy and expansion of manufacture production, the demands of various power devices are becoming increasingly larger. The electric motor, as the main power equipment, has also been widely used in various industries such as:blast furnaces, converters, open-hearth furnace in metallurgical industry; electric car and power locomotives in transportation industry; blast, lifting and transportation transfer in various types of enterprises; power irrigation and agricultural processing in agriculture or medical equipment and household appliances. In all types of machinery electric motor capacity has exceeded60%of total. Therefore, it is become an important issue which is how to effectively control the motor to meet the various requirements of different industries.The inverter drive witch discusses in this article is designed for controlling the three-phase asynchronous electric universal inverter drives to meet the needs of all kinds of motor control requirements. The inverter drives not only ensure stable and reliable performance, and in according to the needs of electric motor control in variety of industries, it also increases the variety of auxiliary functions. So it is ensure that highly adaptable and versatile of this inverter driver. The inverter driver discussed in this article uses STM32F103series chip which produced by ST company. This chip with high-performance Cortex-M3core has lager memory capacity, high processing speed and feature-rich peripherals, greatly improving the capabilities of software designing and processing.This article detailed the software functions and algorithms design and implementation of inverter driver. The software refers to the setting of software system4-layer design architecture (application layer, an intermediate layer, the computing layer, driver layer), in order to control the data stream effectively. And is designed in a manner to achieve multi-task The software designing of function modules and algorithm module is realized by multi-task method.
