Cartoon image of an important part of the animation industry chain product design has been rapid development and maturing, becoming the mainstay to promote the rapid development of the animation industry in the world. Therefore, to solve the above problem, the designers of the world have invested a lot of effort committed to effectively solve this major and difficult issues, The research became both necessity and urgency.In this paper, there are five chapters, Chapter Ⅱ, Chapter Ⅲ, Chapter Ⅳ is the focus of the article.
