In this paper, according to the Sunshine International Ocean City EconomicDevelopment Planning, in the aspects of investigation and analysis based on the fielddata, fully absorb the related results about city land planning, the environmentanalysis and sensitivity evaluation of land use in the International Ocean City, putforward a land use planning ideas and mode of regional, the function partition, clearthe whole scheme of general land use planning, land use planning stages anddiscusses the starting area of land use planning.
