Study On The Railway Comprehensive Transportation Hub Area Planning Of Land Layout

With the development of high speed railway,great changes will take place in the temporal and spatial relations of traditional regions,at the same time,as a key factor to support the implementation of the new-type urbanization strategy,the transportation of high-speed rail has far-reaching influence on urban spatial location,economic and social growth patterns,functional layout and adjustment.The railway hub is an important traffic node in the high-speed rail transportation system,with the change of the city status of the high-speed rail in the city,exist contradiction between the original development model of the railway hub area and the urban economic structure,passenger demand characteristics and intensive land development,land value and location advantages have not been fully valued and rationally utilized.Therefore,the layout of land use in the railway hub area does make great research value.This thesis studies the actual demand of high-speed economic construction in many domestic cities,through passenger demand characteristic analysis,the core contents is the railway transportation function and urban function requirements,through study railway hub related theory and railway transportation,the relation between railway hub and city,the type and scale of passengers,the function orientation of railway hub area,the way of traffic connection and the railway hub scale development trend.Then analyze the differences from the actual cases at home and abroad,according to the relation of railway hub and city,industry and function type,railway hub relationship and passenger flow demand characteristic.summarizes the three main points on railway hub of the area,the effective influence scope,the suitable function type and the function layout,taking Kunming South Railway Station as a case study,put forward suggestions of the layout of land use,the traffic link and the construction of traffic system.
