Electrical power is mainly second energy and electrical industry is foundation of socialand ecnomical development in China. With the continous developing of ecnomic andimproving of people living condition, as well as widely application of information technologycand artificial intelligence technology, the demand for electrical power and degree ofdependence is greatly increased.In the oil mining, oil rig use winch mud pump, rotary tableand a large number of perceptual drilling equipment not only consumes a large amount ofactive energy, but also absorb large amount reactive energy, leading to rig self-provided powergrid power factor low, the total current through the system increasing, the power line loss andvoltage loss also increasing, and the enerator, transformer, and other equipment capacityutilization rate are reduced, so that the energy loss and cost increase. Along with thedevelopment of modern power electronic technology development, the well field alsogradually introduce thyristor power electronic equipment, mainly including rectifier inverterdevice, frequency converter, soft starter, speed system, etc. It produces mainly for five andseven harmonics that bring serious distort to power network, and the voltage distortion ratereaches as high as20%~30%.Aiming at the well field drilling operations caused by low power factor and the harmonicpollution problem, puts forward the TCR+FC type SVC compensation device for AC bus ofcentralized compensation scheme. The device can not only filter out a certain number ofharmonic power grid, but also can continuously adjust without reactive energy, in order toachieve well field grid reactive power balance, improve the quality of power. The design byusing DSP as the controller chip and power quality measurement chip ATT7022B of controller,can real-time, accurate and convenient to measure all kinds of electricity parameters, reducesthe program complexity, effectively reduce the cost of the CPU space resources, improve theperformance of the controller, so as to achieve for well field grid tracking compensation effectthat offer technical personnel which related research and application certain referencesignificance.
