In recent years, with the rapid development of society, population, resources and environment, public health and other aspects of social problems is becoming increasingly acute, leading to unexpected events to speed up the frequency and scale of SARS, the earthquake of WenChuan to the H7N9strain of bird fluevent, Sichuan Ya’an earthquake event gave our cause huge casualties and property losses, but also to the people left painful memories. The frequent occurrence of the incident will inevitably need to transport a large number of emergency supplies to the incident points to solve the injured rescue, health and epidemic prevention, reconstruction and other issues, and thus avoid the further expansion of the disaster. Therefore, emergency supplies as the core issue of emergency logistics is directly related to the success or failure of the rescue activities, so research how to arrange the path of emergency vehicles, so as soon as emergency supplies sent past point has important implications for the smooth commencement of the emergency work.Through summarizing the emergency logistics VRP Research, we find that there does exists many problems in the traditional solution emergencies emergency vehicle routing:first at this stage of the emergency vehicle paths are general in emergencies backdrop, the refinement; followed by emergency vehicle routing problem based on the virtual network, from the actual road network; then outputs the results of only the form of data cannot be intuitive decision-maker solutions; the last existing research for a small number of outlets. Emergency vehicle routing problem with the current method, even if the optimal solution, because there is not integrated geographic information system (GIS) cannot be database management, it is difficult to apply to large-scale practical problems. The paper is divided into six parts, the first part of the article research background, significance and innovation, and summary and analysis of the research status quo at home and abroad. The second part is an overview of the theory used in this article. The third part defines the location and content of this study were established, and then based on the characteristics of GIS-based emergency logistics VRP King emergency and general emergency mathematical model of emergency logistics VRP research laid for later the foundation. The fourth part of the first simple introduction to the choice of simulation modeling tools TransCAD, then carried out a detailed description of the simulation model data systems and structures established under King emergency and general emergency emergency vehicle routing simulation model. The fifth part of the simulation results analysis and optimization. The sixth part of Conclusion and Outlook.
