With China’s urbanization of the city, it has become the main theme of China’s development. However, when the city scale is constantly expanding. city population is alsolarger. all kinds of emergencies seriously affect people’s life, production and propertysafety. In the city of intensive traffic line, how to quickly implement the rescue, emergency rescue vehicle routing is particularly important. In this context, researching on the city emergency rescue vehicle routing has become the urgent need of the city emergencyrescue.Study on emergency vehicle routing choice cannot do without configuration and path of rescue vehicle selection. when the emergency happen in the city, how to deployemergency rescue vehicles efficiently and quickly arrive at the accident point is a difficult problem our country emergency rescue’s facing at present. According to the development direction of China’s city emergency rescue, it analyzes the basic types of emergency which current frequency occurred in our city, and summarize it, and get the new trend of city emergency prone types. Through the study on the choice of rescue path and the allocation of rescue vehicle, the TransCAD is applied to simulate the city emergency rescue vehicle routing choice. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of the traditional city type of incident, it summed up the characteristics of emergencies and the type of frequency emergency in current city.(2) Analysis of the relevant basic model and the algorithm of VRP and extended problems, and get the necessary elements of emergency vehicle routing.(3) According to the disadvantages of factors in the emergency rescue of city, reliability analysis of the path selection of emergency rescue vehicle, and get the risk functionand complex function of travel of city emergency rescue vehicles.(4) Through the analysis to the standard VRP model. and put forward a constrained multi-objective city emergency rescue vehicle route choice model.(5) The model is tested reasonable through the simulation of the mathematical mod-el proposed by TransCAD software.(6) The real-time condition of city emergency rescue vehicle routing is analyzed,considering the priority time situation., to establish a real-time emergency command system is necessary, which can real time command the emergency rescue vehicles.
