Due to the improvement of my country's economic strength,college education has also achieved good development.Today,the number of college buildings continues to increase,but the level of energy consumption is uneven.However,many college buildings were built many years ago.At that time,they did not consider building energy-saving issues.Such buildings are often huge in number and high in energy consumption.However,they cannot be demolished for various reasons,so they can only be energy-saving.And unlike the general commercial buildings and civil buildings in my country,the use characteristics of various types of university buildings are regular,concentrated and seasonal.Changsha is located in a hot summer and cold winter area.The summer is very hot and unbearable.The winter is cold and humid and cold,and there is no central heating in the cold north area.The air conditioner operates intermittently.In view of the particularity of energy use in colleges and universities,colleges and universities spend the summer and summer vacations in the hottest summer and coldest winter,saving a lot of energy consumption.Due to the large number of university buildings and the large number of users,it is of great significance to implement energy-saving renovations on university buildings.This article combines the climatic characteristics of Changsha area with the use of teaching buildings,through SketchUp to establish a building model of the university teaching building,using EnergyPlus energy consumption simulation software to simulate building energy consumption,to discuss the factors affecting building energy consumption,including:(1)The influence of heat preservation mode on building energy consumption in intermittent operation mode and continuous operation mode of air conditioning,and the influence of insulation material thickness on building energy consumption;(2)Impact of lighting system renovation on building energy consumption;(3)Airtightness of exterior windows,Influence of shading coefficient and heat transfer coefficient on building energy consumption;(4)Influence of inverted roof on building energy consumption and wall temperature inside wall and planting house faces the impact of building energy consumption and indoor temperature on the top floor(5)Finally,simulate and analyze the indoor temperature environment and energy consumption under different air conditioning operation modes in summer,and the impact of different air conditioning set temperatures in summer and winter on building energy consumption.This article is based on this,propose reliable energy-saving transformation measures,with a view to providing a reference for the energy-saving renovation of university teaching buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions.
