It’s extremely important to research artillery missiles environment simulation testing technology; this paper concentrate on the research of high overload environment simulation testing technology of artillery missiles, to explore a high overload environmental testing technology to ensure the needs of production and research, to reliably support the current production and to provide a good platform for the development of artillery seeker in the future.This paper undertakes from the experience of imitation research equipment to analyze the methods of high overload testing of artillery missiles, the present situation of testing equipments, and the most practical testing methods that I myself regard, and the composition of testing equipments.It conducts the research of acceleration signal characteristics, the testing principle of test signal, the composition of test programme and the introduction of functional modules. It analyzes the in-bore pressure signal waveform and Spectral characteristics; Based on the analysis of measured signal, along with the actual testing environment, it confirms the performance indicators and its requirements of the simulation testing device.It puts forward a principle of pressure signal testing; based on the performance indicators and design requirements of simulation testing equipments, it carries out the overall design and presents the structural diagram of equipments and the function of each component modules; it puts forward the principle of the overload testing rig and the relevant design of pneumatic control and ignition control in the console.It completes mode selection of the sensor, hardware design and software design in the test data acquisition system; it conducts mode selection of the pressure sensor based on the performance indicators and requirement what the test data acquisition system needs; based on the signal characteristics, it makes a selection for the signal conditioning module, including a charge amplifier stage, the low-pass filter and other circuits; it describes the core of the system in the data acquisition system (the data acquisition card), gives the performance parameters of the data acquisition card; in the acquisition system software section, it gives the software process of the acquisition system and the software design includes work equation set module design, acquisition parameters set module design, acquisition module design, data processing module design and report generation module design, and to greatly save the cost and product verification time.It gives the testing conditions, testing results and data processing of the simulation test, and the testing analysis results show the direction for the key point of working in the future. It describes the field testing procedure, gives the testing data obtained in the test; it makes a comparison between the pillars pressure data and the data collected by acquisition system, and analyzes the testing results; by the comparison, it can draw a decision that the simulation testing method designed by this paper is feasible and the simulated environment for the high overload of artillery missiles is stable.
