In the thesis, the control technology of resistance furnace is developed and reviewed. After introducing conventional PID、digit PID and fuzzy PID, based on resistance furnace, temperature control system with exact control ing accuracy and min-excess is designed, it applies AT89C52as the center unit and fuzzy self-tuning control technology.The chip MAX6675and MAX158are used in the temperature control system for input and output single. It simplifies the design of hardware and software, also improves accuracy of system. The technology of "profile" is used in hardware.It tests the temperature everytime. The hardtware is designed in integration、anti-jamming and isolation,it advances the reliability and anti-jamming of the system. The software is designed for modules in this system. It makes the program having stronger transplants、better sharing and currency. The design of the parameter the design of hardware and software、 the adjustment of the system are expatiated particularly. The system attains it’s demand of parameters. The control result is better than conventional PID control.This system and conventional PID control are used respectively on resistance furnace to do controlling experiments. The results of experiments have been compared and analyzed. The result indicates that this system has better control result than conventional PID in evidence, it has advantage such as min-excess (≤0.5%)、higher accuracy (±0.5℃). anti-jamming and more stable.It shows that this system is valuable for application through these experiments.
