High-frequency switching power is intended to supply lead-acid batteries of the DCpanel with Energy. The Main circuit of the Power system adopts topology Of"AC-DC-AC-DC", which consists of filter circuit named EMI of input grid, input rectifier-filter circuit, high-frequency inverter circuit, high-frequency transformer, output rectifier-filter circuit. Auxiliary circuit of the power system includes MOSFET-driving circuit, Inputovervoltage or over current circuit.The circuit is a control system which detects and monitors it all the time in this article. Itis based on the digital chip named TMS320F2809that is used to generate the PWM waveform.In order to change the output voltage, this PWM waveform will turn on or turn off theMOSFET to adjust to the duty cycle. Traditional control system using the PID control mode,innovation of this paper is the fuzzy control algorithm as the core control algorithm, which isthe closed-loop feedback control of the output voltage.Power design is the core of the high-frequency switching power. The basis of a detailedanalysis of the circuit schematic are those which include designed main circuit, designedauxiliary circuit, designed control circuit and Software implementation. High-frequencyswitching power supply includes: appearance design, minimization of structure, so that it canbe a more reasonable size and weight. Debugging developed switching power supply andtesting on various parameters enables it to meet the demands of industrial requirements.
