With the rapid development of global economy, more and more people ownsmall private planes in the developed countries and even in the developing countries.The use of plane is changed from traditional military and business use to civil use.Study of plane’s safety device attracts more and more people’s attention. Serve as asafety device ensuring skydivers to successfully open the parachutes, reliability ofthe automatic unlocking device is especially important. So the research on thereliability growth of automatic unlocking device has important practical significance.Height control mechanism is a key part of automatic unlocking device.Persons’ lives will be endangered if the height control mechanism loses itseffectiveness and results in disaster. The working principle of automatic unlockingdevice and its structure are studied and its forming structure is made in this paper.The methods of reliability test are confirmed and related invalidation judgment basedon reliability grope test of parameter height control mechanism is formulated in thispaper. To make commons on test samples, research on the key part of height controlmechanism-the performance test method of capsule is made. To develop performancetest system of capsule components, test equipment of capsule displacement isdesigned, displacement sensor of differential transformer is used to collecttransforming information, and signal conditioning circuit of sensor based on AD698is designed. To simulate pressure change in high altitude environment, and makedisplacement test changes of capsule components, pressure control of the automaticunlocking device and test laboratory box are studied, designed and processed. Thenreliability environment test of automatic unlocking device is made includingtemperature changes, temperature storage and high and low temperature impact tests,and related data analysis and commons are completed. The research work in thisthesis lays a necessary basis for reliability growth study, and provides reference methods for displacement test and pressure control of the same samples in the relatedareas.
