The aircraft power distribution device is composed of bus bars,control devices and circuit protection devices.It is mainly used for power supply and distribution control and overload protection of the aircraft power distribution system.At present,the detection of the series of aircraft power distribution devices is still manual,the risk factor of current overload test of circuit breaker is large,so the detection efficiency is low and not comprehensive.In response to the above problems,the research on the automatic test system was carried out,which laid the foundation for the development of automatic test platform for X series aircraft power distribution devices.Based on the general framework of the automatic test system,the hardware test platform with industrial control computer(including ISA board)as the core is built by the paper.Based on VC++6.0,the software test platform for the aircraft power distribution device is developed.Through ISA bus,USB bus and serial port,the effective control of industrial control computer on adapter box,various AC/DC voltage/current sources and digital multimeter is realized.The following aspects of work have been accomplished concretely in this paper:1.According to the test items of aircraft distribution equipment and the technical requirements of the test platform,the overall design of the test platform is completed.2.Based on the hardware framework of the test platform and the circuit analysis of each test item,the hardware selection of key components of the equipment and the circuit design of self-made boards(including ISA card,bottom board,HI board,LO board,contactor box contactor control board,relay/contactor control board of distribution device)are completed.3.Based on the software framework of test platform and communication protocols of each module,the development of test software is completed.The software test module includes line logic function and automatic disconnection time of AC/DC circuit breaker.The circuit logic function test includes contact/relay coil resistance test,circuit breaker,fuse and through line conductivity test,diode voltage drop test,contactor/relay absorption test.The closing/releasing voltage test and contactor/relay contact resistance test are given,and the points needing attention in software development process are given.4.Based on the test platform,the joint debugging of the test platform and 34 different types of power distribution devices of this series of aircraft is completed,and the overall test performance of the test platform is tested and verified.The test results show that the function of each module of thetest platform is stable and reliable,and it can meet the functional requirements and technical specifications of the series of aircraft power distribution devices.Because of the flexibility of hardware design and the openness of software design,the test platform developed in this paper has strong scalability.It can not only meet the test requirements of various types of aircraft power distribution devices,but also expand the number of test items on the basis of existing lines of power distribution devices and complete the test of other series of aircraft power distribution devices.
