| In the development of the missile, matching equipment is the the equipment of the telemetry system signal transform, its function is sending the conversion bomb information to the telemetry equipment and its precision requests highly. The matching device automatic test-board is the checking tool checked the matching device capability, precision and reliability are the technique of the the matching device, the precision is the precondition of checking the matching device, the reliability is credibility degree of the decision checking consequent.The topic in view of the existing technique level, the main factors, which influence the measurement precision of the large scale test system, are analyzed in this paper, and the solutions improving the precision are put forward.1) using the multi-channel independent AC to transfer DC module, the power supply of the digit part and the simulation part is discerption, reducing the crosstalk between the digital signal and the simulated signal;2)The feedback self-checking module is constructed by singlechip compositive 16 high accuracy A/D , established a closed-loop control system through this module and improved system's overall precision effectively. This method combines the single technology and FPGA technology is carried on the organic union, enable it to display the respective merit fully.3)The system working temperature is effectively reduced by using USB singlechip to control the relay, enhancing test-board's reliability.4)This paper uses the craft,the structural design,the software design,the high precision resistor,the demarcation method and the stopping parameter automatic calibration's design improvement to further enhance the system's reliability and the precision.The article increases test-board's precision and reliability effectively through the above method, and uses this test-board to apply in some model matching device examination successfully, achieving the project description technical specification.
