Double-ring gear reducer is a kind of few teeth difference planetary transmission in domestic development, its structure principle similar to three-ring Transmission. It employs the "parallel axis transmission" mode, can single axis or multi-axis output dynamic, and has the characteristics of Power Split, Internal Gearing and Multi-Tooth Contact. It applies in fields of metallurgy, mine, petroleum, shipbuilding and lifting transportation.Double-ring gear reducer belong the class of the small number tooth difference internal planetary gear transmission. Owing to internal gear easy to produce the interference of tooth profiles, fewer teeth difference transmission interference becomes more prominent. Therefore, further study the Transmission Principle, motion law and geometric parameters design method of Double-ring gear reducer is very necessary. However, studying the interference phenomenon of ring type transmission, analyzing the sensitivity of gear parameter and correlated errors on interference, it has the theory and design significance for rational distribution of the tolerance of parts and improving the design of ring plate transmission.This paper take the product of experimental Double-ring gear reducer of certain reducer company as research background, and discusses deeply its structure form, Basic Principle and mechanism characteristics, the input/output characteristic of the load and the relations of structure form and so on.First of all, through a comparative analysis for input mode and the mechanical characteristics of over dead points of Double-ring gear reducer, then determined the existing problems of experimental Double-ring gear reducer at over dead points. With the design parameters of experimental Double-ring gear reducer, we analyses and computes its circle dimensions of the addendum, coincidence degree, assembly condition and the limiting condition of interference of tooth profile. And it verifies experimental Double-ring gear reducer in terms of the Rationality of Parameter Design. Secondly, in view of the ring type transmission easy to produce the problem of tooth-overlapping interference, on the basis of considering meshing gear error, this paper deduced the calculate formula of minimal allowable value [Gs] of profile gravity separation interference limiting condition, in addition to consider the included tooth thickness deviation, Individual Circular Pitch Error, central distance deviation, also introduce the effect of Helix angle deviation, Hole Distance Deviation and Radial Runout Error of Tooth Ring. It considered more comprehensive than predecessors for the calculation of allowable value [Gs].Moreover, considering the Influence Characteristics of Gear Machining Errors for interference of tooth profiles, this paper analyze the impacts of the different error for interference of tooth profiles and determine the sensitivity of interference of tooth profiles parameter for different error. It not only provide the Theoretical Basis for rational distribution the Machining Tolerance of parts, avoiding interference of tooth profiles and reducing the manufacturing cost, but also test the interference parameters of experimental double-ring gear reducer.Finally, Using Pro/E software to create a three-dimensional model reducer, then using ADAMS to exercise and dynamics simulation based on the size and design conditions of certain reducer company designed experimental double-ring gear reducer. Through the simulation got the curves of input/output speed, gear meshing force and planetary bearings; Through the specific analysis of the simulation results, obtained the bearing law of Double-ring gear reducer’s main transmission parts. The analysis results provide reference data with the performance of the Double-ring gear reducer.This research work rich the design and interference experiment theory of the ring board transmission, and provides the theoretical guide for reasonable distribute tolerance of ring board gear transmission.
