The research content of this topic including for internal meshing translational gearreducer gear pair selecting displacements coefficient and determine the center distance’svisualization, parameter, graphics design method.This subject adopts MATLAB and Pro/E implementations with matching mesh vice toothshape parameters’ automatic computing and graphics visual display.Teeth number theory lesstooth difference gear pair to toothshape parameter design of mesh vice become true.MATLABprogramming realize design calculation of less tooth poor inside mesh vice parameter.Andthen with the optimal toolbox calculation get optimal design scheme,using Pro/E’s Programmodules parametric design out internal gear and external gear.Then reuse Pro/Toolkit andvc++6.0 to realize Pro/E language function expansion,Using Pro/E’s internal Dll’s procedurescustom design planning, application procedures, achieve internal gear and external gear andthe automatic generation of graphics of internal meshing gear pair.Using Pro/E simulationfunction to test interference of gear pair,the input of different coefficient to testing internalmesh gears in assembly drawings and using simulation and playback observation of the gearinterference position, according to interference situation to adjust parameters,Repeat theprocess until obtain reasonable displacements coefficient and makes gears absolutely nointerference.To achieve the optimized parameters through the modification round, whichprovides appropriate dialog box corresponding numerical control program to furtheroptimization, when all parameters are satisfied, draw out of the working drawing of internalgear and external gear.
