There are many kinds of motor speed control in wound rotor induction.those ways wereused in the mine shaft hoisting machine.my desine is mainly in view of the small andmedium.sized mine hoist which is use the old series resistance to control speed.Nowadays,Themethod which is speed control through wound rotor asynchronous motor series resistance is usedfor mine hoist. This method adjusts rotor loop additional adjusTab. resistance, it is difficult toachieve smooth speed and control resistance is very poor. And a large number of slip in the wayof heat consumes rotor circuit of series resistance. Whatever, mine hoist mainly applies infrequency control of motor speed, its advantages.My design proposes the control scheme ofseries chopping, especially suiTab. for the reform of old mine TDK system, applies for controlsystem of series resistance speed for mine hoist. The different place is a DC chopper multipliedin the rotor contrast by the conventional series resistance. The way of series chopper overcomesthe shortcomings of smooth speed. At the same time, it improves the performance of speedcontrol by closed.loop. And it improves the efficiency of system heaviest.This design explores the topological structure of AC motor chopping speedregulation system circuit for hoist, mathematical model and the way of working. And theselection method of component parameter is put forward to analysis.IGBT is used as a chopper whose frequency is controlled at will to the productcharacteristics of mine hoist. It not only improves speed performance, but also the strictrequest about ordinary thyristor, the circuit is simple. It improves control requirementsto a great extent.This design uses Siemens S7-300PLC as the main controller, it realizes the controlof series chopping speed regulation system. And it contents real.time controlrequirements for controlled object.Finally, the speed control system is tested by experiments, the result shows thesystem is reliable, sTab., accurate and quick response. This design is feasible and it is akind of circuit structure of practical IGBT series chipping speed regulation.
